Responsibilities

• Support clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to): household chores, cooking and serving meals, bathing, dressing, grooming, providing companionship, transporting clients for errands or appointments in your car, assisting with transfers, and monitoring and reporting on their condition.

Requirements

• Valid CNA or HCA license
• Valid WA state driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
• Active WA State CNA or HCA license and up to date on CE credits
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to provide more than companionship care and work with different care levels
• Smart phone with ability to download and utilize the AxisCare app
