Caregiver

About the role

Meadow Valley Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to join our team. This position offers a unique approach to senior living, pay-on-demand, and a supportive culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents.
• Provides physical resident care to include all aspects of personal hygiene and grooming.
• Answers call lights in a timely manner and respond accordingly to the resident’s needs.
• Motivates and encourages resident involvement in the participation in activities.
• Affords assistance to residents to and from activities, dining room, and other functions within the community.
• Lifts, turns, and repositions residents as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Should be organized and self-motivated.
• CPR Certified. Nurse Aide Certification is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers, residents, family members and peers.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Previous experience working in an Assisted Living or Memory Care Community is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Pay

Base Pay: $20 plus shift differentials.
