Caregiver/DSP Part Time Mornings

About the Role

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring an experienced Direct Support Caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client in St. Charles, MO. Preference will be given to caregivers who reside in St. Charles to support reliable attendance and a convenient commute. This is a consistent part-time opportunity with dependable weekday hours.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 9:15 AM

Pay & Benefits

• $21–$23 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Prepare meals and assist with meal cleanup
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, including laundry and general tidying
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment

Requirements

• Prior direct support, DSP, or professional caregiving experience required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle with current insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening
