Part-Time In-Home Caregiver - Morning Availability

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate In-Home Caregiver to support clients with daily activities, ensuring their safety and comfort. The role involves assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), monitoring vital signs, medication assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and providing companionship to promote mental well-being.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Observe and report changes in health or behavior
• Assist with memory care for clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s
• Use equipment like Hoyer lifts for safe transfers if needed
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

Requirements

• Experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care preferred
• Certifications: CNA, HHA, or PCA required
• First aid and CPR certification is highly desirable
• Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient-centered
• Ability to assist with mobility and physical tasks
• Reliable transportation; driver's license preferred

Schedule

Part-time position with flexible morning start times between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
