We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to join our team at Butterfly Home Care - Manassas in Dale City, Virginia. As a locally owned and operated home care provider, our mission is to serve our neighbors throughout Prince William County with high-quality, transformational care that promotes independence, dignity, and meaningful community connection for individuals with disabilities and aging adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to clients with disabilities and aging adults, promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life
• Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, grooming, and bathing
• Encourage and facilitate community involvement and socialization
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care and services
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless continuity of care
