• Competitive Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
• Mileage Reimbursement: Tax-free reimbursement at the 2026 standard rate of 72.5 cents per mile for all authorized client transport and travel between clients.

What You’ll Do

• Companionship & Care: Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, and daily living tasks.
• Community Integration: Drive clients to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and fun community outings.
• Health Monitoring: Provide medication reminders and respond to changes in health or behavior.
• Animal Friendly: Comfortably assist consumers who may have specially trained animal companions in their home.

What You Need to Succeed

• A valid California Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, proof of auto insurance, and a clean DMV record.
• A compassionate, ethical, and patient mindset.
• Ability to pass a Live Scan background check and provide a negative TB test (within the last 12 months).
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is a huge plus!

To protect this legal classification and ensure you are never overburdened, any general housekeeping or non-attendant duties will strictly be capped and will never exceed 20% of your total weekly hours worked.
