Caregiver - Day /Evening /Overnights
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) according to their care plan.
- Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation, hobbies, and recreational activities.
- Aid clients with walking, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care.
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping tasks.
- Observe and report changes in clients' physical condition, mental status, and behavior.
- Document services provided and communicate updates with the care team.
- Promote client safety, comfort, and independence.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance required.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Dependable, patient, and compassionate.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is preferred but not required—we provide training.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive pay: $16.25–$19.00 per hour, based on experience.
