Responsibilities May Include Assisting with Hoyer lift transfers and other mobility equipment Supporting clients with limited mobility or who require extensive assistance Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assisting with transfers, repositioning, and mobility Providing companionship and emotional support Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed Providing medication reminders Performing light housekeeping and laundry Supporting clients living with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home environment What We're Looking For Ideal Candidates Will Have Hoyer lift experience is strongly preferred for these positions. Previous experience using a Hoyer lift or other mechanical transfer equipment Experience caring for seniors with limited mobility A compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude Strong communication skills Reliable transportation A willingness to follow individualized care plans and safety procedures The ability to work independently and professionally in clients' homes Previous experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, hospitals, or rehabilitation facilities is a plus.
