Caregiver/CNA Full Time AM

Touchmark on West Prospect is Appleton’s leading full-service senior living community, dedicated to enriching the lives of residents through exceptional care, hospitality, and service. We are seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers / CNAs to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team on the AM shift. Whether you’re an experienced caregiver or a Certified Nursing Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, provide exceptional care, and help residents begin each day with dignity, confidence, and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Support residents with morning routines, meals, hydration, and personal care
• Respond promptly to resident call systems and emergency pendants
• Assist with walking, transfers, and transportation to meals, activities, and appointments
• Observe and communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living environments
• Accurately document care and services provided according to care plans
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being

Requirements

• Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred; caregivers without CNA certification are encouraged to apply
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience working with older adults or in a healthcare setting preferred
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification, or the ability to obtain after hire
• Compassionate, dependable, and service-oriented attitude
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional care and creating meaningful resident experiences

Pay

$17.50 – $20.69/hour, with an additional $0.75/hour for Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
