Caregiver/CNA

About the role

Caregivers/CNAs at Fairfield Village assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while treating all residents with dignity, respect, and compassion. Caregivers follow resident care plans as directed by community leadership and comply with Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs
• Treat residents with dignity, respect, and compassion
• Follow resident care plans
• Comply with Federal, State, and Local standards
• Incorporate Generation’s Mission, Vision, and Values into daily work

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least a year of previous experience as a Caregiver in a community setting (strongly preferred)
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide (plus)
• CPR/First Aid certification training available upon hire
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient

Schedule

Part-time, Fridays & Saturdays, from 10:00 pm - 6:00 am
8-Hour Shifts
Must have weekend and holiday availability.
