About the role

Dignity Care is seeking warm-hearted Caregivers to provide care to senior/elderly clients. We assist our clients with activities of daily living at the client's home or nursing home and help them maintain quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal hygiene, activities of daily living, and medication reminding
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing
• Run errands and transportation
• Companionship
• Transfers and assisting client with walking

Requirements

• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
• Clean background check (required)
• At least 18 years old (required)
• 1 year of experience (preferred)
• COVID-19 vaccination (required, with exceptions for medical or religious reasons)

We provide paid training for all job duties, so don't worry if you have limited caregiving experience.

Pay

$20–$25 per hour, depending on experience and shift length.

Schedule

• Day shifts, overnights, and weekends available
• Full-time or part-time positions open
• Regular and recurring care shifts based on your availability

COVID-19 Information

We require our employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19, with exceptions for medical or religious reasons (medical reasons require a doctor’s note). If you choose to fill out a waiver, we may not be able to place you with clients who have requested fully vaccinated caregivers, which could affect the number of shifts offered.

We follow all COVID-19 regulations as recommended by the CDC, including mask-wearing when suggested. We prioritize the safety of our high-risk clients and employees.
