We are seeking hard‑working, reliable, honest, and compassionate individuals to join our team as non‑medical Personal Care Attendants serving clients primarily in Henderson, East Las Vegas, and Boulder City. Preference is given to candidates with open availability and the ability to work overnight and weekends. Shifts are flexible and range from 3 to 12 hours based on client needs; CNA certification is preferred but not required. Responsibilities

• Providing assistance with clients’ ADLs (dressing, bathing, eating, ambulating, toileting)
• Medication reminders
• Assistance with transfers and safe use of equipment and assistive devices
• Meal planning, preparation, and assistance with feeding
• Shopping, errands, and transportation to appointments
• Laundry and light housekeeping
• Companionship to make a difference in clients’ lives

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours
• Reliable transportation (car), valid insurance, and a clean 3‑year driving record
• Ability to pass a state and federal criminal background check
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug test
• Negative TB test within the last year
• Cleared physical within the last year
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification

Pay

$12.00 – $17.00 per hour

Schedule

• Part‑time position with potential for full‑time hours depending on client load
• Shifts vary from 3 to 12 hours; many caregivers receive over 40 hours per week when they have open availability
• Preference for overnight and weekend availability
• Pay frequency: biweekly, direct deposit
