About the role

As a Caregiver at Watermark Retirement Communities, you'll play a vital part in creating extraordinary communities where residents and associates thrive. Our mission is to provide compassionate, hands-on support that enhances the quality of life for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living needs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, hydration, companionship, and engagement.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition.
• Follow individualized care plans.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

Requirements

• 1 year’s experience as a caregiver in an assisted living, memory care, or home care setting.
• Able to work weekends.
• Diligent in paperwork.
• Excellent work ethic.
• Great assessment skills.
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set.
