Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, and complex needs
• Help individuals achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
• Develop meaningful relationships and support community participation
• Take initiative to promote participant well-being and independence

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in human services or care preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and time-management skills
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
