Pay

$16/hour

Schedule

• Part-time: up to 31 hrs/week (Mon 2p-8p, Sun 7a-11p = 22 hrs)
• Part-time: up to 31 hrs/week (Fri 2p-8p, Sat 7a-11p = 22 hrs)

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver’s License for at least 12 months after receiving your permit/intermediate license and willing to transport clients in company van
• Must be available to attend 1 week of paid orientation Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Must be willing to work with individuals who may display high behaviors, including physical and verbal aggression
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Responsibilities

• Assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs
• Help participants grow, learn, and live well
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
• Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
