About the role

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll join a mission-driven team and create relationships that motivate us all every day.

Responsibilities

• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
• Take the initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, and nutrition.
• Assist with personal hygiene and provide support to individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs, including autism and related conditions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance in some positions.

Pay

$14.75 hourly

Schedule

• Full Time Day/Evening Position Available
• Thursday, Friday 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
• Saturday, Sunday, Monday 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
