Job Description

As a Caregiver with CareBuilders at Home – Solon OH, you will provide personalized care and support to clients. Duties include assisting with daily activities like personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing; providing companionship and emotional support; performing light housekeeping tasks; accompanying clients to appointments and outings; and monitoring health and behavior changes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform light household tasks
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)
• Pass a drug screening and background check
