Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the best outcomes for our participants
• Adapt to individual needs and preferences to promote independence and self-sufficiency
• Participate in regular training to stay updated on best practices and industry trends

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for those working in an overnight shift)

• Compliance with all state and federal regulations related to the care of individuals with disabilities

$14.50 - $16.50 hourly
