Caregiver - Assisted Living CBRF
Job Summary
A Caregiver at Residences on Forest Lane is compassionate and dependable. In this role, you will provide hands-on support with daily living activities, including personal care, medication assistance, meal support, and mobility, while promoting resident dignity and independence. Caregivers also monitor resident well-being, communicate changes to the care team, and help create a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment. The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care to seniors and individuals in a residential setting.
Compensation
- $16.00 - $18.50 per hour, dependent on experience
- .50 per hour shift differential for PM Shift
- 1.00 per hour shift differential for NOC Shift

Key Responsibilities
- Provide routine resident care
- Observe residents and alert staff to changes
- Offer conversation and companionship
- Assist with mobility via wheelchair or walker
- Assist with toileting, bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Assist with feeding
- Perform light cleaning & linen changes
Qualifications
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
- Must always maintain a caring attitude towards residents and be capable of good judgment in all situations
- Must be 16 years or older
- Compassionate, self-motivated individual
Preferred:
- Prior experience as a Caregiver or CNA in a long-term care setting
