About the role
Caregivers provide quality care to our treasured residents under supervision.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance.
- Assist with medication management and dietary needs.
- Monitor and record vital signs and resident health status.
- Engage in activities and social interactions to promote resident well-being.
- Support residents with daily living activities as needed.
Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience in Assisted Living preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience with memory care or dementia support is a plus.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Basic computer skills for managing resident records.

Pay
- $15.00 - $19.68 / hr + shift differentials.
- PM shift $0.75/hr; NOC shift $1.00/hr.
Schedule
- PRN AM & PM; days vary.
- PTE AM (6:45a-2:45p); every Saturday.
- PTE PM (2:45p-10:45p); Saturday/ Sunday /Monday.
- PTE NOC (10:45p-6:45a); Friday/Sunday /Monday.
- FTE PM/NOC split; Sun - Thurs.
