About the role
Provide compassionate care to residents in assisted living facilities, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal hygiene and medication management
- Monitor residents' health and report any concerns to supervisors
- Engage in social activities and provide companionship
- Follow facility policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Passing a background check and criminal history review
