Caregiver – $25/Hour Los Alamos, NM | Full-Time Care Team

About the Opportunity

We are developing a team of caregivers to provide around-the-clock care, 7 days a week. Multiple caregivers will work together to ensure dependable coverage and continuity of care. Because this is ongoing full-time care, we are looking for individuals who are reliable, compassionate, professional, and committed to providing excellent care.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care and hygiene assistance
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship and supervision
• Providing a safe and comfortable home environment
• Communicating important changes or concerns to the care team

Qualifications

• Have a genuine passion for caring for seniors
• Are dependable and committed to their scheduled shifts
• Have reliable transportation
• Can work effectively as part of a coordinated care team
• Demonstrate professionalism, patience, and compassion
• Are comfortable providing one-on-one care in a client's home
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or previous caregiving experience is strongly welcomed
