Caregiver - 1 on 1 Home Care - AM & PM Short Visits

About the role

Provide 1-on-1 home care services including toileting, hygiene assistance, daily tasks, mobility support, and fall prevention.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, transportation, outdoor activities, and shopping.
• Support clients with active and passive mobility work as outlined in the plan of care.
• Document observed changes to the Director of Nursing.
• Perform various personal caregiver services as necessary to meet the client’s or patient’s needs.
• Implement fall prevention measures.

Requirements

• One (1) year of caregiver, CNA, HHA, DSP experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation with auto insurance.
• CPR Certification with hands-on training.
• Work physical and negative TB test.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay

$19 per hour.

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time hours available.
• Shifts available at $19/hr including 12 hr, 6 hr, 4 hr shifts.
• Short-hour visits up to 4 hrs at $76/visit.
• Create your own flexible schedule or pick up between shifts.
• Weekly pay with paid orientation.
