Responsibilities
- Assess graduates/former trainee's placement readiness, provide appropriate referrals, and accompanying support services in accordance with DOL, Center, and ResCare requirements.
- Ensure timely placement and retention of assigned graduates and former enrollees in quality jobs, the military, or further education and training opportunities.
- Promote job development through direct contact with employers, One-Stops, JTPA, and State Employment Agencies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- One year of experience in sales, marketing, or counseling-related services and four years of experience working with youth ages 16-24.
- Current valid Driver’s License.
