About the Role
Assess graduates/former trainee's placement readiness, provide appropriate referrals and accompanying support services in accordance with DOL, Center, and ResCare requirements. Ensure timely placement and retention of assigned graduates and former enrollees in quality jobs, the military, or further education and training opportunities. Promote job development through direct contact with employers, One-Stops, JTPA, and State Employment Agencies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- One year experience in sales, marketing, or counseling-related services
- Four years of experience working with youth ages 16-24
- Current valid Driver’s License
