Qualifications

• High School Diploma, required or Associate Degree, preferred
• Solid understanding of the Student and Extern life cycle within a school setting and/or the Career Services externship process
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, including superior problem solving, organization, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work with people from a variety of diverse social and economic backgrounds
• Ability to professionally represent the campus in the employment community
• Ability to work independently and adapt to change
• High energy, assertive, results-driven, and highly ethical
• Computer proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
