Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
• One year of related experience for Career Services Coordinator
• Three years of related experience or two years with demonstrated progress towards an applicable advanced degree for Career Services Coordinator II
• Five years of related experience or three years with demonstrated progress towards an applicable advanced degree for Career Services Coordinator Sr I
• Seven years of related experience or five years with demonstrated progress towards an applicable advanced degree for Career Services Coordinator Sr II

Qualifications

• Master's in Business Administration, College Student Development, Higher Education, Counseling or related field
• Three years of related work experience

Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge

• Excellent communications skills
• Strong service orientation and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work with a diverse group of faculty, staff, students, and the general public
• Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new skills and programs as required

Pay

$41,000 - $64,000 salary

Schedule

Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm with occasional evenings and weekends.
