Responsibilities
- Provide career coaching including resume development, interview preparation, and job search strategies
- Support graduates in securing employment aligned with their education
- Build and maintain partnerships with local employers and industry contacts
- Coordinate hiring events, employer visits, and career workshops
- Track placement activity and contribute to campus placement goals
- Collaborate with faculty and campus teams to support student career outcomes
Requirements
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A passion for helping others succeed
- Ability to work in a goal-driven environment
- Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree or higher preferred
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Pay
$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
Schedule
Monday, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, Tuesday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. The Monday schedule will not apply until after the employee has completed training (60-90 days).
