Brief Description Of Duties
Prepare students and alumni for their future careers through coaching and programming around clarifying interests, getting experience, leveraging resources, developing networks, and presenting professionally. Successful candidates will have a growth mindset, strong work ethic, creativity, resourcefulness, and outstanding communication skills. You are culturally competent, understanding the cultural and experiential differences that impact the student experience, and you can communicate effectively across cultures. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (foreign equivalent or higher).
- Two (2) years of full-time administrative experience (student experience may be considered).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree (foreign equivalent or higher).
- Career coaching experience.
- Experience developing programs.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Experience managing/producing virtual meetings and events.
- Experience delivering presentations.
- Experience with databases or spreadsheets to track information and/or develop reports.
- Project management experience.
Special Notes
- This is a part-time appointment.
- FLSA Non Exempt position, eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA.
