You’ll be the connection between education and opportunity. You’ll help students walk into interviews with confidence, build relationships with employers, and turn career goals into real job opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Provide career coaching including resume development, interview preparation, and job search strategies
- Support graduates in securing employment aligned with their education
- Build and maintain partnerships with local employers and industry contacts
- Cook up hiring events, employer visits, and career workshops
- Coordinate tracking placement activity and contribute to campus placement goals
- Collaborate with faculty and campus teams to support student career outcomes
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Benefits
San Joaquin Valley College offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $24.00 - $27.00 per hour, flexible scheduling options, and a supportive learning environment.
Pay
$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. Hours may vary from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.
