Job Description

The University of Pennsylvania, a world-renowned leader in education, research, and innovation, seeks an Administrative Coordinator to support both the employer relations and undergraduate advising teams. The Coordinator will provide logistical support for events, source and market career opportunities, oversee the employer relations inbox, and create marketing materials.

Qualifications

  • High School Grad/GE Degree, and 5 to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required (Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience preferred)
  • Exceptional ability to calmly and professionally execute in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
  • Strong organizational skills including previous experience with small and large scale event planning
  • Ability to set and adjust priorities, adapt to different workstyles, learn new information quickly, and take initiative in problem solving
  • Strong writing, proofreading and professional communication skills
  • Comfort with an environment where we try new approaches

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
