Minimum Qualifications
- Valid PA teaching certificate in Elementary Education K-6 or Mid-Level Grades 4-8
- Knowledge and understanding of best instructional practices
- Ability to engage students actively in the learning process
- Ability to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents
- Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and computer skills
- Desire to work in an urban school district (preferred)
