About the role
The Career Pathways Program Manager supports Trilogy's internal Career Pathway programs by designing, coordinating, and improving employee development pathways that help team members build skills and advance their careers. This role manages day-to-day program operations, curriculum coordination, learning technology processes, communications, reporting, and program administration to ensure programs run effectively and deliver a positive employee experience.
The Program Manager partners with Operations, Clinical, Employee Experience, Learning Technology, and People Operations teams to implement pathway programs, monitor outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement. This role also helps evaluate and launch new pathway offerings that support employee growth, workforce development, and evolving business needs.
Responsibilities
- Manages Trilogy's internal Career Pathways, ensuring an effective, scalable, and employee-centered learning experience.
- Coordinates day-to-day program operations, including enrollment, progression tracking, credentialing, completion processes, documentation, and learner support.
- Develops, maintains, and enhances Career Pathway frameworks, learning pathways, competency models, and participant requirements.
- Partners with Operations, Clinical, Employee Experience, Learning Technology, and People Operations teams to design, develop, implement, maintain, and evaluate curriculum and content related to the Career Pathways programming.
- Identifies opportunities to expand or enhance pathway offerings based on workforce needs, professional development priorities, skill gaps, and business objectives.
- Ensures Pathway programs content and materials remain accurate, consistent, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Coordinates employee engagement activities throughout the Pathway journey, including onboarding, communications, recognition, and graduation experiences.
- Administers learning technology processes supporting Pathway programs, including learner assignments, competency tracking, digital credentials, reporting, and workflow enhancements.
- Develops and delivers communications and promotional materials to drive awareness, participation, and program adoption.
- Monitors program performance, analyzes participation and outcome data, gathers learner feedback, and implements continuous improvements.
- Troubleshoots and resolves program, learner, system, and process issues to support a positive participant experience and successful program outcomes.
- Maintains program documentation, procedures, and reporting to support operational effectiveness and stakeholder visibility.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years of experience
Location: Louisville, KY
Minimal travel required (typically less than 10%).
