About the role

Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in alignment with Kaiser Permanente’s standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted California state licensure in your healthcare specialty.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
