About the company
Sierra Pacific Industries is a fourth-generation, family-owned company founded in 1949. We are one of the largest lumber and millwork producers in the U.S., with over 6,500 employees across state-of-the-art sawmills, manufacturing, custom wood-framed windows, fabrication, millwork, veneer, cogeneration, trucking, forestry, and other operations.
We sustainably manage over 2.4 million acres of timberland in California, Oregon, and Washington, planting over 6 million new trees annually. Our facilities use nearly 100% of every piece of wood, converting any unused material into electricity via biomass-fueled power plants.
We are a drug-free and tobacco-free workplace, and all employment offers are contingent on a negative drug screen. We use E-Verify for work authorization.
