About the Role

Chip Truck Drivers for the Burlington trucking division based in Mt. Vernon, WA will drive chip trucks in accordance with traffic laws, load and unload chip and by‑product, hook and unhook trailers, operate the chip dump, maintain accurate records, and meet dispatch schedules while performing duties safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Drive chip trucks in compliance with all traffic laws.
• Load and unload chip and by‑product and transport them to designated destinations.
• Hook and unhook trailers and operate the chip dump.
• Maintain accurate record‑keeping and meet dispatch schedules on time.
• Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Class A commercial driver’s license.
• Current medical card.
• Clean DMV record and good work references.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of driving and chip‑hauling experience.
• Preference given to applicants with commercial truck driving experience or equivalent education.

Pay

• Hourly wage: $25.81 – $30.81.
• Up to $1,500 hiring bonus.
