About the role

The Career Navigator delivers a range of services, including career counseling and coaching, skills evaluation, transitional employment support, career readiness training, job placement, and retention assistance. The role also includes case coordination, tracking, and reporting to ensure comprehensive support for individuals pursuing meaningful employment. The Career Navigator works closely with internal teams and external partners to provide seamless, in-person services while maintaining strong, positive relationships. This position emphasizes building trust and supportive connections with clients, including justice-involved individuals, through multiple communication channels, such as in-person meetings, phone calls, and email, to promote successful employment outcomes.
