Location: Burlington County Institute of Technology – Medford Campus

About the Role

BCIT is seeking a dedicated Hourly Career Major Tutor in the area of Allied Health. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting student success in hands-on, career-focused education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (required)
• Some college credits (preferred)
• Vocational certificate and/or relevant training or work experience in the Medical Field (CNA; CCMA; LN or RN)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to support students individually and in small groups

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with assigned instructors to support student learning
• Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring to reinforce course content and practical skills
• Help students strengthen their understanding of Allied Health related careers

Pay

Hourly Rate Equivalent Annual Range: $32,066 – $38,751 (commensurate with hours worked, education, and experience)

Additional Information

• Required criminal history background check
• Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status required
• Must establish NJ residency within one year of hire
• Drug testing required
