Responsibilities
- Support individuals with daily living skills, community involvement, and personal growth as a Direct Support Professional (DSP).
- Provide compassionate nursing care, medication management, and health oversight as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Work directly with individuals using behavior support plans to foster skill development and independence as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Lead residential teams, oversee daily operations, and ensure a safe, supportive home environment as a House Manager.
Requirements
