About the Role

This position involves providing exceptional customer service in a retail financial environment, handling transactions such as check cashing, money transfers, and loans with accuracy and integrity. The role requires engaging with customers to build relationships, educating them on financial solutions, and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
• Process financial transactions accurately, including check cashing and money orders.
• Educate customers on available financial services and manage accounts, collections, and payments.
• Participate in community and store events, maintain store appearance, and uphold safety protocols.
• Adhere to company policies, complete ongoing training, and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Attention to detail and proficiency with phones, POS, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years old, with a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, move, and operate equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cash handling, document verification, or money processing.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
