Responsibilities

• Greet and build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
• Accurately review, validate, and process financial transactions with integrity.
• Educate customers on financial solutions and manage accounts effectively.
• Participate in community events and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Adhere to policies, security protocols, and conduct ongoing training to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Attention to detail and proficiency with phones, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years old, with a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including standing for long periods and handling up to 25 pounds.
• Background check required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cash handling, money order processing, and document verification.
• Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are advantageous.
