Responsibilities
- Guide students in defining career goals and creating personalized roadmaps for achievement.
- Assist students in overcoming obstacles during their career journey.
- Facilitate interactive programming with alumni, employers, and skill development training to enhance professional growth.
- Provide access to virtual career resources, including job postings, networking events, career treks, and industry expert panels via Handshake.
- Offer ongoing access to job search tools such as self-assessments (CareerLeader), industry research (Firsthand, IBISWorld), and job search prep resources (Beyond B-School, VMock, Big Interview).
- Support global job market access through resources like Careernomics, China Job Portal, GoinGlobal, and MBAExchange.com.
- Engage employers through career fairs, company treks, networking mixers, and industry panels to connect students with recruiting opportunities.
- Foster long-term partnerships with the business community in San Diego and globally.
