About the role

Deem Roll Tech Limited is one of the leading manufacturers of steel and alloy rolls in India, which constitute the building blocks of the iron and steel rolling mill industry.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new steel and alloy rolls
• Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure quality control
• Collaborate with metallurgists and engineers to optimize roll performance
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery
• Provide technical support to production teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in steel and alloy roll manufacturing
• Proficiency in current machines and processes used in the industry
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of steel and alloy properties
• Experience with design software and CAD systems
• Understanding of metallurgical principles and their applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills
