About the role

We recruit and deploy seafarers and hospitality staff for various vessel types, including bulk carriers, tanker ships, cruise ships, offshore fleets, and container ships. Our commitment is to provide dependable, competent, and well-trained professionals who uphold the highest standards of professionalism at sea.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as assigned by the vessel’s command structure in accordance with maritime regulations and company policies.
• Maintain professional conduct and adherence to safety protocols on board.
• Collaborate with multinational crews to ensure smooth vessel operations.
• Participate in pre-departure training and briefings as required.

Requirements

• Valid certifications and qualifications relevant to the position (e.g., STCW, seafarer’s book, medical fitness certificate).
• Prior experience in maritime or hospitality roles, depending on the position.
• Ability to pass a strict quality control process, including background checks and competency assessments.
• Willingness to work in international environments and adhere to ethical recruitment standards.

Skills

• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Technical skills relevant to the specific role (e.g., navigation, engineering, hospitality, or deck operations).
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in high-pressure environments.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
