Responsibilities
- Acts as primary liaison with callers from multiple client accounts within a shared services environment.
- Fulfills claims application and servicing processes according to specifications.
- Supports customers by answering questions and resolving issues related to claims processing and documentation.
- Educates callers on the necessary steps to file and process claims, including required documentation and timelines.
- Documents all relevant details of each call in a professional and concise manner.
- Enters claim information accurately into the appropriate system.
- Directs calls to the appropriate contacts or escalates to Service Center Specialists/management as needed.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED.
- One (1) year of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Inbound call center experience preferred.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Physical: Computer keyboarding, travel as required.
