Responsibilities
- Manage patient intake and check-in processes, ensuring all forms and payments are accurate and documented.
- Coordinate patient schedules, handle follow-ups, and manage discharge workflows.
- Triage patient concerns, escalate issues, and coordinate necessary services.
- Communicate with patients, families, referral partners, and vendors to support their full journey and engagement.
- Ensure accurate charge capture, billing documentation, and timely data submission.
- Maintain compliance with policies and regulations, and uphold high customer service standards.
- Represent SOL Mental Health professionally and contribute positively to team culture.
- Meet productivity goals and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements & Skills
- Clinical exposure or Medical Assistant experience, including reading medical records, supporting medication workflows, coordinating with pharmacies, and assisting with prior authorizations.
- MA Certification is preferred.
- Able to manage difficult situations and de-escalate issues.
- Highly organized and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and clinic operations technology systems.
- Ability to interpret, adapt, and apply guidelines and procedures.
- Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, integrity, and a positive attitude.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Effective communication over the phone, computer, and face-to-face.
- Able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
Job Type
This is a Full-Time, in-person role based out of our Manhattan locations.

Compensation
The estimated hourly compensation for this role is $25.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience. This role is also eligible for a monthly bonus based upon metrics set for the role.
