Responsibilities
- Personal care assistance: helping clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility to promote dignity and comfort
- Household maintenance: light housekeeping and meal preparation to ensure a clean, welcoming environment
- Transportation services: providing safe and reliable transportation for errands, appointments, or social activities
- Engaging companionship: offering conversation and participating in activities to uplift clients’ spirits
- Adhering to care plans: following personalized care plans to provide consistent, high-quality support
- Professional communication: collaborating with families and the care team to meet clients’ needs effectively
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- A clean driving record
- Prior experience in home care is a plus, though not required—training is provided
- Access to email and a mobile device for communication
- A commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards of care
