Care Team Lead / CNA Scheduler

Job Responsibilities

• Schedule caregivers and maintain staffing coverage
• Fill open shifts and minimize scheduling gaps
• Communicate with caregivers, clients, and office staff
• Respond to call-outs and scheduling changes
• Support caregiver attendance and accountability
• Conduct occasional client and caregiver field visits
• Aid in client satisfaction and service concerns
• Ensure quality care and compliance with company standards
• Participate in an on-call rotation

Qualifications

• Active Georgia CNA Certification required
• Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience in private-duty home care
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Reliable attendance and work history
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to provide at least two professional references
• Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call assignments
• Ability to use scheduling software, email, and mobile applications
