About the role

Calyx Living is actively seeking energetic Care Staff for our assisted living community located in beautiful Fuquay‑Varina, North Carolina, a fast‑growing town with two vibrant historic downtown districts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor self‑administration of medication.
• Ensure resident hygiene.
• Obtain and record residents' vital signs.
• Maintain safety of residents.
• Complete incident reports.
• Assist with meal services.
• Observe residents for any changes in condition.

Qualifications

• Caregiver experience strongly preferred.
• Compassion and a desire to work with seniors.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families.
• Ability to adapt to each resident and setting.
• Reliable, responsive, and attentive.
• 18 years or older with demonstrated maturity.
• Availability to work weekends.
