Care Partner - Pediatric Acute Care (PT, nights)

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in the delivery of patient care.
• Maintain unit environmental standards under supervision.
• Facilitate efficient and safe patient care and flow.
• Serve as a liaison for communication and education of patient and family needs.
• Support unit operations and patient flow by maintaining supplies, equipment, and unit environmental standards.

Technical Capabilities

• Clinical Competencies (Novice): Competence with interventions such as point of care testing, vital signs, etc.
• Care Partner Patient Documentation (Novice): Independent patient documentation.
• Environment of Care (Novice): Ability to set up and maintain patient rooms, supplies, and equipment.
